Candles with your home in mind...

Puritan Candle was started by one woman in her basement, and has grown just a little from those first days.   She was tired of paying high prices for candles that were famed for their scents, but eventually disappointed and seemed to have little if any scent.

If you are looking for a candle that still can do what you want it to do, your search is over. puritancandle.com, still mixes and pours their candles by hand.  Our small workforce and simple production line means greater savings to you.

Our company is located in southern Maine, where we still enjoy a quality of life from by-gone days.  Our small company means that you will receive individual attention, and superior customer service.  We know that the customer is what drives business, and value each and every one of you.  We would love to hear your ideas and comments, so please let us know what you think!

Hi

We at Local 103 love your candles.  Your salesperson is just terrific.  I especially love the Clarely Apple which I think was named after me.
Thank you!

Clare Kenney

I really enjoy the scents of Puritan Candles and the jars are just the right size. The melts are truly alluring!  When I’m at home I always have Puritan Candles burning and melts melting.  The aroma of the new White Tea and Ginger floating in my house is quit relaxing at the end of a hectic day!  The Blueberry is delightful melting on the stove on a Saturday morning – and there is nothing as nice as the smell of the Fresh Laundry Candle buring on my Sun Porch.
Thanks for the great scents they are truly mind cleansing!

Your candles are terrific.  I have several “favorites”.  There is one burning in the office right now.  I hope this business becomes a huge success for you!  They are the best!
